Diabolus in Musica, freely inspired by Mikhaïl Boulgakov’s Diableries, transports you to a comic and poetic world where harmony grates, disturbs and is worrying. This show describes a world caught up in the wheels of an infernal machine, where men are both the accomplices and the victims, a world which plays around with reality and appearances, where the most unlikely event is the norm! A question of wages being paid in matchsticks will completely overturn the well-organised life of Korotkov, a simple man, and he will lose all his markers. Is Korotkov being persecuted or does he just feel so ? Is this bureaucratic nightmare a representation of his twisted mind? Good heavens! Where on earth does he get these ideas from ?
